Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an experiential approach that when utilized in our equine assisted leadership and team building programs fosters communication, cohesiveness, team growth and real lasting change. It is a unique opportunity that goes beyond traditional leadership programs to restore balance in people’s lives while teaching critical thinking, clear communication and social skills.

Equine Assisted Team Leadership programs are effective in situations as diverse as:
  • Building cohesion
  • Navigating cultural differences
  • Mitigating crisis, Understanding Team Conflict and Effective Management of Conflicts in Teams
  • Collaborating with staff to enhance communication and adapt to new management style and initiatives

We would be happy to discuss a customized program to fit your identified needs.   For further information please contact us for information on cost.

Please note this program is unmounted, meaning that there is no riding and all activities are done on the ground.   Also, no horse experience is necessary.
